He actually made the movie in hopes of catching Zodiac....
"I shot it with the intention of bringing it up to San Francisco and four-walling a theater, which I did, with six guys to set a trap and catch that son of a bitch. I was gonna catch him and use that for the end of the film."

I have a feeling that I'm going to become obsessed with finding out who Hanson's suspect is.

What we know so far is that the suspect looked like the Stine sketch, wore military style boots, worked at Bank of America (was fired) and later moved to Daly City where he became a mailman. Had previously lived (?) at the Astoria Hotel in SF. I remember researching some connection with Bank of America a couple years ago but don't really remember what that was all about. I also researched a mailman 2-3 years ago but I don't remember the guy's name or why I researched him.

Lets actually keep this thread for just the Zodiac Killer movie and I will start a thread to discuss Tom's suspect.

I do too, but I don't think it's going to happen.

It was announced recently that Hanson's movie will be released on Blu-Ray.

I think I might try to track down Hanson's son on my own since the person who was going to put me in touch with him never got back to me. I really want to know more about this suspect.
