Tea drinkers? Empty Tea drinkers?

I quit drinking beer recently so I can shed a few pounds and I want to start cutting down on meat and eating more greens and also drinking more water but I get bored with water and was thinking maybe tea would be a way to go. Are there any tea drinkers on here who can give me some advice on what to look for and what brands are good?
