V R of the crime scenes with actors

What do you think about a virtual reality (the new style ) images of the zodiac crime scenes,re enactments , as much as possible with actors , cars used dialog . Do-able ?
or the aftermath

Indeed. One could probably even make a little bit of money putting something like that together.
