Traitors Beware!

Now this just screams Zodiac. You got the crosshair logo, which the Minutemen used as their logo even before Zodiac. Then the writing is somewhat Zodiac-like.

Gilbert and Butler did not get along according to Keith, and here is what he told me about this particular flyer:
"Butler was responsible for the so called 'Christian Defense League' coming into existence…caused me no end of trouble by printing stuff that they just made up, and he started the 'Defense Committee for Keith Gilbert' claiming that the FBI had questioned me for 16 days or something like that…the FBI never questioned me, they tried but when I wouldn't talk or respond to them that was the end of it."

Seagull posted this on Morf's site today:

Rand had mentioned this many times because it places Troy Houghton in Los Angeles the day Cheri Jo Bates' murder.

found another reference to the minutemen using the crosshair symbol. this is from the jan 15, 1968 Berkeley barb

it says the minutemen ransacked some office and left this on a chalk board.
it says "NEXT" under the crosshair symbol
