What an exciting day. #10 Louisville pounds #2 Florida State. Lama Jackson is a legit heisman candidate. Nebraska knocked off Oregon. North Dakota State 5-0 against FBS teams since 2010 after upsetting Iowa.

That Louisville beatdown of FSU was awesome!! Iowa losing was awesome!

Cyclones put the ass whoopin' on San Jose State today, 44-10. First win for Matt Campbell and the new coaching staff. Jacob Park looked great today throwing 3 TD's and Joel Lanning threw for 2. Mike Warren had his first 100 yard rushing game and his first TD of the year. True freshman Deshaunte Jones had 3 catches for 78 yards and 2 TD's. The ISU defense finally got their first INT of the year, and had 3 others in the game. Awesome day! Oh, and former coach Dan McCarney was in attendance being inducted into the ISU hall of fame. Troy and Darren Davis (legendary RB's for ISU) were also in attendance and will be at next Saturday's game against Baylor as well. Love me some ISU football.

LSU fires long time head coach Les Miles after losing to Auburn yesterday. A lot of schools will be knocking at his door.

Tough loss for ISU today, Ophion. They should have pulled off the major upset.

Dude... as an Iowa State fan for 25 years, I am used to those nut kicks. They should have won that game. It would have been huge having that momentum of winning 2 in a row including a win over the #13 team in the country, and would have been a huge confident booster. The offense was dominating until one specific play that killed all the momentum. It was a 2nd & 1 and a defender jumped offsides. The center snapped the ball early and the QB wasn't ready so the ball got by him and he had to run back and dive on it. That brought up a 3rd and long and they failed to convert and had to punt. The offense did basically nothing after that. The refs should have done their damn job and threw the flag for offsides. It was obvious. That would have resulted in a 1st down and who knows how that could have affected the outcome of the game.

PS... FUCK BAYLOR!!!

Aaaaand another kick in the nuts. Iowa State was up 31-14 on Oklahoma State late in the 3rd quarter and lost 38-31. When will this end???

Michigan beat Rutgers by 78. Washington kicked the crap out of Oregon. #6 Houston lost to Navy.

Washington is legit and I hope they make the playoff

Baylor has lost 2 in a row. I hope this is the beginning of their downfall and I would love to see them back at the bottom of the Big 12.

#2, #3 & #4 were all upset today! That sucks because Ohio State will probably now get into the playoff if they win out, and I fucking HATE them! But on a good note, Iowa State won today!!

Saturday sure was crazy. A lot of upsets and other games that were really exciting.

Texas lost today to... Kansas!! KANSAS!! It's a pretty safe bet that Charlie Strong will be fired at the end of the season. My Cyclones kicked the shit out of Texas Tech, 66-10. They held Tech's monster offense to 306 yards. Tech might be firing Kliff Kingsbury, but I think they will fire the defensive coordinator instead and give Kingsbury another year or two. Cyclones have won 2 straight and finish their season at home against West Virginia next Saturday.

Alabama is going to win the title easy this year. No team is even close to being on their level.

I could see Ohio State knocking of Bama if anyone has a shot to dethrone them it's the Buckeyes.

I went to the New Mexico Bowl today. It was cold as hell, but still fun. New Mexico beat UT-San Antonio 23-20. UTSA had a good amount of fans that travelled to the game and they were pretty loud, but they couldn't compete with the roar of the home crowd!

Clemson just destroyed Ohio State.
