Earl Van Best Jr.

I guess it's time to have a thread on this guy. I personally don't like him as a suspect just because the book about him came out of nowhere and I don't like how Gary Stewart is stating his father was Zodiac as though it is a fact. There are a lot of other reasons I do not like Van Best as a suspect, all because of Stewart, which means that I haven't given Van Best a fair look as a suspect. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out who Tom Hanson's suspect is/was, because that story fascinates me and Tom Hanson is an awesome guy, and I think that it's going to turn out that Van Best was his suspect. If that is the case then good ol' Earl will definitely be in my top 5 after that. He is a dead ringer to the Stine sketch, but there is really no evidence that I have seen that supports the theory that he was Zodiac.
