She may have been dating Joseph Raymond Carey, a member of the Minutemen and rumor has it that they were both murdered by Dennis Mower, also a member of the Minutemen.

Re: Disappearance of Lynn Luray
If anyone can find any info on Joseph Carey, please post it. I cannot find anything, I just know that he disappeared as well. He was a fugitive so he may have went into hiding, or he may have been killed by Dennis Mower. Mower did have a big mouth, and he was a big shot in the Minutemen so perhaps he said something he shouldn't have in front of Lynn and Joseph and then had to kill them. Just speculation, but it could be true.
Also, if anyone can find out a date that Carey went missing I would greatly appreciate it. I assume he went missing at the same time as Lynn, but I can't find that information anywhere.

From the Kannapolis Daily Independent, January 5, 1966:
JOSEPH RAYMOND CAREY is being sought by the FBI for bail jumping. He was arrested in Burbank, Calif., on June 6, 1964, on suspicion of burglary. He was reportedly found to have an automatic rifle in his possession and was indicted on July 6, 1964, by a Federal Grand Jury in Los Angeles on a charge of unlawfully receiving and possessing a firearm. Carey posted $250 bond and was ordered to appear in court on August 8, 1964, for trial. He allegedly failed to appear and has not been located since. Also known as Joseph Raymond Sargent Jones (true name) and Joe Raymond Carey, the wanted man's occupations are aircraft assembler, aircraft, automobile and marine mechanic, electrician, stockman and theater usher. Carey may be accompanied by another armed and dangerous, wanted fugitive, as well as a 16-year-old runaway girl. He reportedly takes an avid Interest in extremist political and religious movements and reportedly has been closely associated with such groups in the past. Previously arrested in possession of an automatic rifle, other weapons and a large amount of ammunition, Carey reportedly has carried a weapon in a shoulder holster. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. DESCRIPTION: Age, 31; Born, San Antonio, Texas; Height, 5 feet, 8 inches; Weight, 150; Build, medium; Hair, brown; Eyes, blue; Complexion, light. Has scar on upper lip, scar on right side, scar on left knee; tattoo, "Joe" on left shoulder. Reportedly has suffered from ulcers and severe headaches. INFORMATION concerning fugitive should be telephoned to the nearest FBI office.
Re: Disappearance of Lynn Luray
The time of his disappearance certainly matches that of Lynn Luray's. That is exactly what I was wanting to know. Thanks for posting that info. So his birth name was Joseph Raymond Sargent Jones?
"I have headaches."
