I used to use groceries by yahoo years ago bit I don't think that exists anymore.

HAHA!!! Groceries? I'm sure you meant to say geocities. I used to use that and it was easy. Wix.com is pretty easy to build a decent website.

I tried freehostingnoads.com or .net but with no way to contact support I gave up
Inmotionhosting .com is where I chose next but it is going quite slow cannot even build yet as they cant see the name server

Try wix.com, it is pretty easy.

I looked at them first but saw it is based in Israel and has limited support for the plan I would get so I wanted a U S company 
It seems I could do it for free but I bought a business plan

To start  to set up ,this is going to take a while
