I got a PM from a member here today asking why we have very few members on this forum and why we don't promote it and if it was ok for him to have some friends join up.
Yes you can have friends join up lol.The more the merrier. We don't go out of our way to promote but I know that we mention the site on other sites when we can. But having a million members is something we are not concerned with. The more eyes looking at the case the better. More opinions, more fresh takes on the case etc etc etc.
