A copycat on the loose???

Residents of the Luxe found a disturbing note waiting for them on the sidewalk outside of their complex.

“You were wrong. I am not dead or in the hospital. I am alive and well and I’m going to start killing again. Below is the name and location of my next victim. But you had better hurry because I’m going to kill her August 10 at 5:00pm when the shift change ALBANY is a nice town.” The threat is followed by a series of mysterious symbols.

The text was discovered by a student, who wished to remain anonymous, and the image sent to WCTV Tallahassee. The text has since been erased and WCTV reports that the FSU Police Department are “aware of the message and are increasing patrols in the area,” while Tallahassee Police Department further investigates.

A few in-depth searches will reveal that this is a rewrite of an unconfirmed letter from 1973 mailed to a medical center, potentially written by the infamous Zodiac killer. While never acted upon, the letter was considered a serious threat and potentially associated with a violent criminal.

While a prank is likely, students are advised to take precautionary measures while the investigation continues.

Whoever did this tried to copy the handwriting and used caps and lower case in the exact same spots. For the record, there is no Albany, Florida. That would have made it a little more interesting.

I noticed that. If this is Z why would he do this on a sidewalk? And why this particular letter? What would he be trying to say?

copycat after all he would want the whole world to know hes back not a bunch of students.

Saw it yesterday it was a team of central Florida State students given an assignment of creating a or finding a unknown news story and linking it to the media ,I give them an A
anyway thats what I got out of it .
