Charles Rogers
A friend on Morf's site sent me this guy's name and there is really no connection I have found that could link him to the Zodiac case or even to the bay area, but the guy is interesting and I do like the possible CIA/JFK connection although it is just a theory someone came up with.
What do you all think of this guy?

Re: Charles Rogers
I think a guy like this would definitely have military training in codes/ciphers. He spoke 7 languages and had an interest in ham radios.
John R. Craig and Philip A. Rogers claim in their book, The Man on the Grassy Knoll, that Rogers was impersonating Lee Harvey Oswald in Mexico City. There was another man (a member of the Dallas Minutemen, his name escapes me at the moment) who was believed to be impersonating Lee Harvey Oswald. A lot of "experts" believe there was TWO different men impersonating Oswald. This book claims Rogers was one of the shooters on the grassy knoll and was also one of the three tramps.

I agree it's very interesting they said there were 2 diff men impersonating Oswald and we see a minuteman and Rogers as possible suspects. Hm. And yeah I'm interested in how his last name is of interest as well. Thanks Ophion I wasn't necessarily saying that Rogers is the zodiac, but I knew our mutual interest in the JFK assassination would make this guy stand out to you. His story is so incredible creepy. And he most definitely seemed to be a genius.
