Charles Clifton Collins -X

This is a name I just heard for the first time but I can't really find anything out about him. Does anyone have info on him or a link to where I can read about him?

Aside from a brief passage in The Encyclopedia of Serial Killers and some stray references scattered across the message boards, information regarding Collins is sparse. He was first proposed as a suspect by his son who, while seemingly sincere in his convictions, had little to offer in the way of substantiation barring a vague resemblance to the sketch and some minor similarities in handwriting. He was ruled out via DNA testing in - I believe - 2002.
