Re: D.B. Cooper
The documentary was a bit disappointing but they have a great suspect. I read that the History channel butchered the thing.

I read that as well. I still haven't seen the entire documentary, but plan on watching it soon.

The 'citizen sleuths' team that the FBI assembled have their own website on the case, and it's pretty cool.

Re: D.B. Cooper
It could be a used/borrowed tie , bought it at a thrift store kind of thing ,
And he might have worked a Boeing a decade before it happens
He did not conceal his face , possibly DB family was being held captive and he was only doing it to help them ?

Re: D.B. Cooper
Yeah, there are a lot of possible scenarios here. It also could be that the tie DID belong to a Boeing employee but that employee was not D.B. Cooper... maybe he and a friend planned the heist and the friend was DB and was given the tie to wear for some reason.
Re: D.B. Cooper
Just out of boredom I googled "Boeing employee obituary" to see if I could find any Boeing employees that were interesting - military experience, skydiving, any other thing that seemed like it could fit to D.B. Cooper... I didn't really find anything, but I did find something pretty funny. Check this out.....

Not as far as I know.
Re: D.B. Cooper
I would probably go with that Rackstraw character as being my top D.B. Cooper suspect and I think it's funny how he never denies being Cooper.

Yes, Sheridan Peterson seems to be a very good suspect who worked at Boeing, other than the fact that he has blue eyes. But, he was ruled out after the FBI ran his DNA.
LD Cooper was said to have did the crime with help from his brother Dewey, who was a former Boeing employee.
As far as Kenny Christiansen is concerned, do not believe everything you see. There have been several inaccuracies reported about him. For example, he did not pay cash for his house. He had a mortgage that took him 18 years to pay off. The value of his coin and stamp collection was also way overstated. There really isn't any good reasons to believe that Kenny Christiansen was DB Cooper.
As for Rackstraw, he seems to be way too young to have committed the crime. Also, this theory relies heavily on the money find at Tina Bar being a "plant", which has pretty much been proven not to be the case.
