Lake Berryessa sketch

This description was provided by a group of young women who saw a creepy guy at the lake earlier in the day, before the attack happened. Nobody knows for sure if this same man later put on the zodiac "outfit" and attacked the young couple at the lake. The man in the sketch may have just been some pervert who was scoping the young ladies in their bathing suits.
