despite some inaccuracies in the movie it was still great and brought in a lot of new people to the case.

wierd that hartnells grand ?kids are in it as the voices of the kids at Wash & cherry ... saw they are in the movie someone pointed out it was them
and Ion sky Leitch ( Donavans ( hurdy Gurdy Man )daughter ) plays Kathlene Johns
to bad the Zodiac movie site was discontinued

Oh, wow. I didn't know that. And Hartnell had a small role in the movie too, right?

he is in the hall of justice scene at a desk behind toschi when Martin Lee talks to Toschi
when toschi ( Ruffalo) walks out frustrated about ala down the stairs he walks with a woman behind the conversation
also when graysmith goes to see toschi the 1st time at the hall he walks by

How cool would it have been to have Dave toschi and Bill armstrong in a booth at the dinner behind Ruffalo & Jake

ion sky? why does that name sound very familiar to me?

yeah which Allens, his sister ? The zodiac movie website told that they had a team of researchers collecting facts about the case for 6 months before shooting it. So probably talked to her .

probably true , I think a lot of hollywood was interested in the movie and thus the case back in 07 , the movie site stated RDJ and Jake & Ruffalo would discuss facts about it around the set too
the movie is reported to be discussed /studied in theater arts classes heavily still.

I wouldn't mind hanging out and talking about the case with those actors.

I just picked up the directors cut on dvd
