Was Zodiac inspired by the Axeman?

Some interesting similarities. The Axeman sent taunting letters to police and Zodiac's "collecting of slaves" may have even been influenced by the Axeman as well. The Axeman claimed to be a demon from hell and that he sent his victims to hell to keep him company. Sounds pretty similar to me. The Axeman also used the word "shall" many times.
