Wrestling thread
I have been a wrestling fan all my life and still love to talk about old superstars of the sport as well as the newer ones. Who are some of your favorites? Any favorite matches? Favorite tag team duo?
I'm a Hulkamania guy myself and also love Macho Man, Mankind, Undertaker, Andre the Giant and Hillbilly Jim. And the old Four Horsemen of the NWA.

I quit watching wrasslin' in 1999 because it turned to garbage, like a fucking soap opera. Everything was becoming way too predictable and and got to be pretty ridiculous. But I will always love wrasslin' from when I was a kid.
I started off watching WWF and then NWA/WCW (it was NWA when I started watching and then later became WCW. I liked NWA/WCW better because it wasn't as popular and I liked the wrestlers more and the announcers. I also used to watch WCCW every day after school at my grandma's house. I remember watching the Von Erich family, Sgt. Slaughter and a whole bunch of others in that league. I also watched AWA, which was founded by the great Verne Gagne.

OHHH HEEEEEEEELLLLL NOOOOO!!!!!!
Haha. I never liked Hulkster. Always thought he was a fake. Which, of course, he was/is.
Ultimate Warrior defeating Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 6 for the World Heavyweight title AND Intercontinental title was my favorite match of all time. I'm trying to find a video of it on youtube. Can't find the entire match, but here is part of it...

Re: Wrestling thread
I remember that match clearly. That was a good one. That was when wrestling was all about wrestling and not the drama. Yes I do know it's fake lol.

Re: Wrestling thread
Those were the days! I was a huge wrasslin' fan back then. Lost interest in 1999 when it became a damn soap opera.
