How the hell did duke get a #2 seed?

I just filled out my bracket. Got ISU losing to Villanova in the championship game. I know I need to stop picking the Cyclones to get to the finals, but I can't help it... if they make the tournament next year I probably won't pick them to get too far. Next year is a rebuilding year.

Why ? So they can do better in the Champion tourney . Mason ,Jackson ,Graham
are really 75% of the team ,if they get an injury , bye bye chances in the tourney ,which is more important than the big 12

I was thinking they may have done that as well. I didn't see the KU/TCU game at all, but it makes sense. Also, they probably knew ISU would have beat them the following day anyways!! Kansas had a #1 seed locked up regardless, so resting their guys and not losing to ISU could have been a factor.

bill self doesn't seem like the type of coach to lose any game on purpose but I could be wrong.

Kansas has a tough go of it in the tourney. they got an easy opening game but then play the winner of Michigan state or Miami. Michigan state will win that one and Kansas will have their hands full with them. if they get by that then they got iowa state, Nevada, purdue or Vermont. Vermont wouldn't be much of a competition for them but purdue and iowa state would. Nevada is my team and they are very good but I'm not sure if they could hang with the jayhawks.

Yeah and it would give ISU another look at them for the NCAA . I dont have cable ,went to a restaurant to watch KU s big 12 game but booked ,but heard they KU were just trying 3s

I don't have cable either, so I will be watching tomorrow night's game at a restaurant. Good food and hopefully an ISU victory would make for a nice weekend (my days off are Thursday and Friday).

Well, looks like the Cyclones are gonna lose and won't get that shot at Kansas.

FUUUUUCCCKKK!!!!!!!!!! Hell of a comeback by the Clones, but they fell short. Great season though. Gonna miss Monte Morris, Naz Long, Matt Thomas and Deonte Burton. Got a rebuilding season next year, but there are some talented kids coming in.

I really HATE saying this, but GO KANSAS!! Gotta cheer on the remaining Big 12 teams, especially with Kansas playing a Big Ten team. Fuck the Big Ten, the Big 12 is THE BEST and THE TOUGHEST conference in the country!

I saw your Cyclones play earlier in the year against my Hurricanes (Miami) and you guys whipped us pretty good. ISU is a fun team to watch. Since Miami got knocked out I was wanting to see ISU go all the way but now that they are out I guess I am going to be rooting for Gonzaga.

I saw part of the Miami game. I don't have cable so I really didn't get to watch much basketball this year. Gonzaga was in that same early season tournament with Miami and ISU (I forget who else was in it).

I haven't been watching much of the tournament but my bracket got screwed pretty much right away and there are very few teams I like that are in. Well, now there is just one, Cincinnati.

Nevermind. Cinci is about to get knocked out by UCLA.

South Carolina has one player that is just a total badass and that one guy has pretty much carried that team this far but I think their luck is gonna run out.
