Thanks for posting that! I have entertained that idea as well and I know Ophion is really interested in finding more info on the experiments that were taking place in the bay area.

Suppose you were trying to 'make' a killer using these brain experiments. The Zodiac murders could have just been field tests. The CIA were behind the testing so they could have easily come up with the whole idea and the ciphers and everything.

If you really think about it this is completely possible.
