Making A Murderer
Documentary on Netflix. Very interesting case and story. Has anyone else seen it? I'm 3 episodes in so far and I think that Avery is innocent of the murder. I think those people murdered that girl and staged the crime scene. Abuse of power at it's finest.

Good show, but I heard they left out some things and twisted other things. Still makes ya wonder if the guy is a murderer or not.

Yeah, I have read that too that they changed some things to make it more interesting for the documentary. Avery has to be a real idiot to kill someone on his own property knowing full well that the police could try to frame him for a 2nd time. And his law suit against the sheriff's dept. has went away so putting the pieces together I would have to say conspiracy.

I do not do cable tv is this the guy that had the small junkyard and she came looking for a part ?
I heard some info on dateline or similar show that was not released that points more at him .
I in 05 went to a car business that I did not know was owned in part by a guy that had tried to thug me where we worked years before , another employee telling me he is out back/ salvage yard near the river /creek no one was there ,I escaped going over a fence

Re: Making A Murderer
She worked for Auto Trader magazine and her visiting the Avery property had something to do with that. I'm trying to study the entire case because the Netflix documentary made it look like he was framed and I have heard that there is a lot more to it. But still, it definitely seems like a conspiracy to me.
Re: Making A Murderer
Steven Avery is not a smart man, but you would have to be a real fucking moron to have the victim's vehicle on your property and have your blood in the vehicle. Too many things don't add up.
District Attorney Ken Kratz resigned from office after a sex scandal in 2010. The guy is a real pile of shit and should be in prison himself. And he has a pussy little voice for such a big guy.
Here is a really good link if you want to know more about Avery's case...

Here are a few of the conspiracy theories...

Funny that it mentions Teresa faking her own death and moving to Canada... I had thought that before without ever reading or hearing anything like that. It was just something that popped in my head one night, but I guess others have thought the same thing.
Here is another theory that I think could be possible...

I agree that things line up really well, and I had been wondering why Teresa's brother and her ex had been acting so strange. When I was watching Making A Murderer, I remember thinking that the ex was acting suspicious and very well could have killed Teresa, but it was more likely that he did not kill her but was hiding a secret that he, Mike and the police were in on. So this theory in the link makes perfect sense and is definitely one of the best theories I have read.

Re: Making A Murderer
Been reading up on this all night, and had a few theories before tonight that I am now seeing other people share.
I don't know WHO killed Teresa (if she is in fact dead), but if she was murdered then I think it was done somewhere else and not in or around Avery's home. The theory that Bobby and Scott killed her in a gravel quarry on or near the Avery property makes sense, but it very well could have been completely off the property. Maybe Andrew Colbert killed her? One thing is certain... Teresa, most likely after she was already dead (assuming she is dead), had to have been in the back of her vehicle. That tells me that there is a good chance that she was killed and then placed in the back of her vehicle and moved to the Avery property. Perhaps Andrew Colbert came upon Teresa's vehicle, abandoned, called in the plates, and then found her body somewhere outside (but near) the vehicle. And that is when he knew he had a chance to nail Steven Avery. I don't think Colbert killed Teresa, because him calling in the plates would not make sense then.

That article says there was no smoking gun e idence to clear him of the murder. I thought you needed a smoking gun to convict someone. And I don't think they had it. I'm kind of 50-50 on the case but I don't think the case was handled fairly at all. The sheriffs dept shouldn't have been allowed anywhere near the investigation since he was suing them for 36 mil. Everything about the investigation and trial reeked wether he was guilty or not. I don't think there was enough to find him guilty without a reasonable doubt.

Ummm..... I don't think so, but..... ok. She looks a little like Sigourney Weaver.
Re: Making A Murderer
I think there's a good chance that there will be a season 2 of Making a Murderer. I hope Avery gets a new trial with a new jury, judge and DA. His lawyers didn't prove his innocence, but I don't think there was enough to prove he is guilty either. Yet here he is in prison. His new lawyer supposedly has a new suspect. I am anxious to find out who the new suspect is.

it is according to the video a fingerprint , but the fire seared it and is not able to tell who's
but Avery had notches on his thumb that match notches on the seared print ...I sure see them matching

I'm not sure which print you mean...
Even if Avery IS guilty, there were so many things done wrong in the investigation and trial and some of THOSE criminals should go to prison.
