that big smudge is said/ confirmed to be a thumb print in the video , if it is he had to have had the phone right before it was placed into the trash to burn ...right ?
but then I am onboard with police crooks .

I once worked on a KCPD Sgt. car he and I were talking
I asked if he was south patrol ... he said "no! south patrol thats the wild west" he was north patrol
a min. later I asked
do you mean wild west because of the calls they get ?
He answered -No what they get away with

I dunno, I mean, they planted his blood in her car so anything is possible. The Manitowoc Sheriff's Dept. shouldn't have been allowed anywhere near this case and all evidence "found" by them should not have held up in court.
