I heard the story about when lake berryessa opened in the fifties there were many drownings ,from people swimming near the shore ....a person with a scuba set up could grab you and drowned a swimmer easily

Having a DA involved in the Zodiac murders could make some sense and there is the 'protection' you are always wondering about. I wanted to get an opinion on an idea I had on Stewart potential involvement (just a theory, not something you will find online) in something but now I forgot what it was. I remember it had something to do with Santa Rosa and I think Martinez. something I was reading a couple of hours ago that I can't seem to find again but when I read whatever it was I thought about this thread and if Stewart could have been involved. I will find it again I'm sure.
