My 2017 NFL Mock Draft (5 rounds)

Smith is still a decent QB. Not a great QB but a decent QB. He can lead them to the playoffs if their offensive line does good and they stay healthy. I think the Chiefs are better off at QB than a lot of other teams. I still don't get why they would give up a bunch of draft picks to move up and draft Mahomes.

I see both. I think he is kind of a "middle of the pack" kind of guy. He's not horrible but not all that great either. Mahomes has potential according to NFL scouts but I just don't see him ever being successful.
