But its a VOIP number and it says that its in Essex Jct Vermont, but it relays to a cpu and its a VOIP set up to see if anyone will call it....'

There's a chance there are two numbers and that one is the number that alerts them if they deciphered the number the right way....and a chance that one will activate a sequence of some manner.....

The letter says that BERNIE SANDERS marks and end of the Zodiac Ciphers and the beginning of the Scorpion segments as maps...

Those are much harder to crack.....but I have them in preliminary form and have one that was already figured out so there is no stopping the breaks.....

The Number there is the lure that shows people are onto their trails.....

Thats when they create a kill or attack and then they hideout behind it

Update, I received a email from Tom V, he told me that he received information that Stine's glasses were in the cab, so for those who thought that Zodiac took them, that is not so. The glasses have been kept in the evidence room sense Oct 11th 1969. Too bad Debra Perez wasn't informed of that, before she came up with her cockamamie story about her father being Zodiac and that the glasses she had, were the ones he took from Stine.I wish that people like her who lie about a murder case,should be put away for a long time!

You and I haven't much interacted on these Z forums (this being the only one I'm actually a member of) but I've read a lot of your posts there & here and it's all good stuff. Please be aware that my Voigt sentiments are much more luke-warm than those of most people on here and I can prove it if you want!

I didn't keep up with that Perez stuff much. I read an article in a newspaper somewhere and my mind told me to call "bullshit" and forget about it. So I pretty much did.
But please open y'all's minds (not just Sandy!) to the possibility that Ms Perez isn't totally a scheming dumbass. What little I know about the situation leads me to conclude that it's quite possible that Debbie P is mentally ill. If so, to me, that's a mitigating circumstance.

Thanks for posting that!! Definitely something I have been waiting to get clarification on. I heard Debra Perez has a bunch of STD's... no, I made that up. But she deserves at least one!

The more I think about it the more I lean towards Z posting online. Maybe not on an actual Zodiac site, but I'm sure if he was still living at the time the interwebs started to get big then he probably has posted somewhere.
